The fit test

Strap and nose bridge
- Wear the strap slightly above your ears on the back of your head.
- Tighten it just enough to seal. Over-tight goggles leave marks and can give you a headache.
- If the lenses sit too close or too far apart, adjust or swap the nose bridge.
Stop the fog
Don't touch or wipe the inside of the lenses, because it removes the anti-fog coating. Rinse in clean water after swimming and let them dry in their case away from sunlight.
