Shipping Policy

At Athlete's Choice, we are committed to delivering your premium sports gear swiftly and securely across India.

Order Processing & Dispatch All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timelines

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 3–5 business days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days

Remote/North-East regions: 7–10 business days

We ship via Shiprocket-partnered couriers including BlueDart, Delhivery, Ekart, and DTDC, selected based on your pin code for the fastest delivery.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹5,000

A flat shipping fee of ₹299 applies to orders below ₹5,000

 

Additional Information 

High-Value Orders Orders containing premium racquets or equipment valued above ₹5,000 are shipped with additional protective packaging and require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.

Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000 for select pin codes. A COD handling fee of ₹50 applies. COD is not available for orders containing high-value racquets above ₹10,000.

Order Tracking Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your shipment directly on Shiprocket's tracking portal.

Undelivered / Failed Delivery If a delivery attempt fails, our courier partner will try up to 2 more times. If the package is unclaimed, it will be returned to us and we'll reach out to rearrange delivery.
